At Chunky Cookie Creations, all of our products are baked fresh and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our cookies and cakes, all sales are final.
• ❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered.
• 🚚 We are not responsible for how packages are handled, transported, or stored once they leave our bakery.
• ✅ If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
