Hi, I'm Gisselle, the heart behind Chunky Cookie Creations! Baking has always been a part of my life, but it wasn't until after having my third child that I decided to turn my passion into something bigger. I wanted to be more present for my family while also creating something for myself- something special, indulgent, and made with love.

What started as baking for family birthdays has grown into a home-based cookie business dedicated to bringing you the best New York-style cookies in Philadelphia. My cookies aren't just treats-they're an experience. Each batch is made from scratch using only the finest ingredients, ensuring that every bite is loaded with flavor, gooey centers, and just the right crunch.

Chunky Cookie Creations is more than a business- it's a dream I'm pouring my heart into every day. It's been a year of dedication, long nights, and lots of chocolate, but my goal remains the same: to make cookies that people crave, remember, and come back for.
