Hi, I’m Gisselle , a stay-at-home mom of three and the baker behind Chunky Cookie Creations.

After years of working long hours in my family’s convenience stores, I realized I was missing precious time with my kids, especially after my third was born. I knew something had to change.

Baking has always been my happy place. From holiday coquitos to family desserts, I’ve loved creating treats people can’t stop talking about. In February 2024, while searching for something new to sell, I discovered New York–style cookies and that’s how Chunky Cookie Creations was born.

What began as a seasonal idea quickly grew into my passion: crafting bold, indulgent cookies made with real ingredients and unforgettable flavors. Every order is baked fresh to bring a little more joy (and a lot more chocolate) to your day.
